Precision Baiting with the 3400 E-Line AutoBaiter
The 3400 E-Line AutoBaiter is a high-speed, precision baiting machine designed to streamline your fishing operations. Capable of baiting 210 hooks per minute (three and a half hooks per second), this advanced system ensures consistent and accurate baiting, improving efficiency and catch rates.
How It Works
- Precision baiting: Baitfish is placed on a spiked conveyor chain, which feeds it into the machine.
- Consistent sizing: A built-in knife cuts the bait to a pre-set size (26mm-32mm), ensuring uniform pieces.
- Double hooking for secure baiting: The hook penetrates the bait twice for a firm hold before being shot over the stern.

The MA BM 6000 SuperBaiter is designed as a part of the Mustad Autoline DeepSea System. Performance without compromise, – each detail is designed to make the baiting process even more accurate at high speed, – and still simple to operate.
Precision baiting
At up to six hooks per second the MA BM 6000 SuperBaiter automatically cuts the bait at a pre-set size and baits the hooks consistently at a speed of up to 360 hooks per minute.
When the first buoys and anchors are launched, the hooks and line are pulled from the storage magazines through the baiting machine and over the stern. Setting speed can vary between 6 to 10 knots (3-6 hooks per second depending on the spacing between the hooks).The bait is placed on a spiked conveyor chain that feeds it into the machine where the hooks trigger a knife to cut the bait. With the patented RotoBaiter function the bait is double crouched and secures accurate baiting of hooks passing through the SuperBaiter. The SuperBaiter is operated by one crewmember who feeds the bait onto the conveyor chain.

All-electric HookSeparator
High speed re-racking of hooks and line
The main function of the HookSeparator SP2020 is to separate the hoooks from the mainline and guide them onto the storage magazines. This is done automatically as the line is hauled onboard. The HookSeparator is also a slack taker keeping tension on the line coming from the main hauler.
Magnet pattern
The main reason for its efficiency is eight patented, compact and extremely powerful magnets. By catching the hooks, the magnets separate them from the mainline on to the magazine.
High quality components
The HookSeparator is made of stainless steel. The sheaves are made out of durable and lightweight aluminum composite material. The pressure wheel is spring loaded, making sure the sheaves get maximum grip on the line. A special hook guide design reduces wear on hooks and gear and ensures efficient re-racking result.
Optional water jet
To clean the hooks and line before storage, the HookSeparator can also be delivered with a high-pressure water pump. The vibration on the swivels caused by the water jet will also ease the un-twisting of snoods from the mainline, and assure maximum hook catch rate.

Our premium all-electric hauling station is equiped with a PLC based adaptive control system. Intelligent interaction provides responsive and accurate tension control. The instantaneous reaction to the vessel’s movements allows even smoother hauling of the line and may reduce loss of large fish during the hauling process and lowers the risk of breakage and wear and tear of the line.
